Kliona Consulting was founded by Olga, a strategic consultant with a strong international foundation and a clear mission: to bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to purpose-driven businesses.
With a degree in International Business and Hospitality from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and Washington State University, Olga blends global business expertise with deep insight into personalised service, leadership, and operational design. Over the past decade, she has worked across Europe in industries ranging from logistics, international tourism & education in both small businesses and large corporations.

Before founding Kliona, Olga led teams in logistics, hospitality, and event operations — gaining hands-on experience in what it really takes to deliver excellence on the ground. She’s worked in Sweden, Switzerland, Italy and Spain, collaborating with both startups and established brands. That wide-lens perspective allows her to step into each client’s business not just as a consultant — but as a temporary team member, actively driving projects forward, solving problems, and seeing opportunities others might miss – with the client and personal experience in focus.
